Give your users answers before they ask. The help center is a standalone knowledge base served on its own subdomain (or custom domain) where you can publish articles organized by category.
Warning: The help center is an experimental feature. Enable the
helpCenterflag in Admin > Settings > Experimental to get started.
Get started
- Set up your help center — Enable the feature, configure your subdomain, and choose access control
- Organize with categories — Create categories to group related articles
- Write and publish articles — Author, format, and publish help content
