Every paid Cloud plan includes the same AI features. You pay for a monthly dollar allowance, not per outcome, and not as a Copilot add-on.

Free includes $0 of AI usage.

What is included

On Growth, Pro, and Scale you can use:

  • Assistant - ask questions across your feedback
  • Drafts - suggested replies and post copy
  • Insights - summaries, sentiment, and trends
  • Copilot conversations - in-product help for your team
  • Semantic search - find related posts even when the wording differs
  • Similar-post and duplicate suggestions - catch merges early when you triage
  • Post summaries - the core user need, key quotes, and suggested next steps

Plans differ by how much usage is included, not by which of these features you get.

See Use AI-powered features for how summaries, duplicates, and suggestions work in the product.

Note: Cloud turns these on for you. Self-hosted installs configure their own AI endpoint. See the AI guide.

Allowances

Included AI usage per workspace per month:

Plan

Included

Free

$0

Growth

$10

Pro

$30

Scale

$100

The meter on Admin → Settings → Plans & billing shows dollars used of dollars included, plus any extra credit beside it.

Top up

When the included allowance runs out, Top up buys a $10 pack.

  • Extra credit carries over month to month until you use it.
  • Included usage is always consumed first. Extra credit is drawn only after.

Emails work the same way. Top up buys $10 per 10,000 emails. Included email usage is consumed first, and extra credit carries over until you use it.

Tip: Buy a pack before you hit the limit if a busy week is coming. Credit does not expire at month end.

What you are not billed for

Cloud does not charge per resolved conversation. There is no Copilot add-on SKU. AI is the included allowance plus optional top-up packs.
