Widget Home tab and two-step install

The widget opens on a redesigned Home tab and offers more launcher options. Installation is now two steps, with the signing secret for identified users handled separately from the launcher snippet.

Home and launcher

• Home cards for recent tickets and changelog entries, each shown to visitors or users
• Full-panel Home backdrop with patterns and custom colors
• Launcher position, label and greeting bubble
• Launcher badges for unread messages, new changelog entries and ticket updates
• Switches for the Feedback, Changelog, Messages, Tickets and Home tabs
• Live preview of the real widget while you change its settings

Install

• One snippet to install the launcher
• Identify as an optional second step
• Reveal, copy or regenerate the signing secret
• Install with an AI coding assistant that pairs with your workspace, so the secret never appears in the chat
• Notice when the widget code on your site is out of date

Improvements

• Identified visitors can post without separate portal access
• Loading placeholders for each view, keyboard navigation in feedback lists, and changelog cards labelled by update type

Fixes

• Links that open the widget on a new post for a specific board now land on that board
• The board picker shows even when only one board is available
