Now in 5 languages, with native mobile SDKs
Quackback now speaks your users' language, and you can embed the feedback widget natively in iOS and Android apps.
5 languages with full RTL support
The portal and widget are now available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Arabic. Language is detected automatically from the browser, or you can set it explicitly in the SDK or via URL parameter. Arabic and other RTL languages get a fully mirrored layout.
Native mobile SDKs
Embed Quackback directly in your mobile apps with native SDKs:
- quackback-ios — Swift SDK for iOS
- quackback-android — Kotlin SDK for Android
Both SDKs support locale passthrough, so the widget language matches your app from the first frame.
Full-screen widget on mobile
On phones, the widget now opens as a full-screen overlay with a close button instead of the small desktop popover. It slides up smoothly and feels native to the device.
Better editing for everyone
Portal users editing their own posts now get the full editor with headings, code blocks, task lists, images, and slash commands. Placeholders now hint "Type / for commands" so the slash menu is easier to discover. And when you create a post, your own upvote is added automatically.
Bug fixes
- Fixed widget position getting stuck after re-initializing with a different placement
- Fixed crash when pasting certain images in the editor
- Fixed the
/key triggering global search while typing in the editor - Fixed the edit post dialog missing features available in the create dialog
