Write feedback with formatting and images, see your logo in every email, and get a first look at built-in analytics.

Write with rich text

Posts now support full formatting — bold, italic, headings, lists, links, blockquotes, code blocks, and task lists. You can add images by dragging, pasting, or using the slash command menu, then resize them with handles right in the editor. This works everywhere: admin, portal, and widget.

Your logo in every email

Your brand logo now appears in all emails Quackback sends — welcome messages, team invitations, and status change notifications. It works across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail without any extra configuration.

Analytics dashboard (experimental)

Get a bird's-eye view of your feedback activity. The new analytics dashboard shows:

• Key metrics with trend sparklines
• Activity over time with toggleable metrics
• Breakdown by board and status
• Most-viewed changelog entries

Enable it from Settings > Experimental to try it out.

Stay on top of updates

A new help menu in the sidebar gives you quick access to docs and your changelog. When a new version of Quackback is available, you'll see a notification dot and a banner so you never fall behind.

• Board names with non-Latin characters now generate correct URLs
• Fixed widget search jumping around while typing
• Fixed background jobs occasionally dropping their arguments
• Fixed Docker installs on ARM devices
