A completely redesigned widget
The embedded widget has been rebuilt to feel like a natural part of your app — faster to use, easier to navigate, and smarter about recognizing returning users.
Search and submit in one place
The widget home now combines search and feedback submission into a single input. Start typing to see if someone's already asked for the same thing, or keep going to submit a new post. If you're not signed in, you can leave your email right in the form.
Browse your changelog without leaving the app
Your changelog is now available as a tab inside the widget. Users can browse entries and read full details without being redirected to the portal. You can configure which tabs appear — feedback, changelog, roadmap — per widget.
Returning users keep their history
When someone who previously used the widget anonymously later signs in, their votes, comments, and posts carry over automatically. No lost feedback, no duplicates.
A more polished experience
- The trigger button stays visible while the widget is open, with a smooth animated toggle
- Board filter pills let users browse by category
- Search tucks behind a magnifying glass icon to keep things clean
- Infinite scroll replaces pagination for both feedback and changelog
- Post detail views show voting, comments, status, and threaded replies
Rich content everywhere
Posts and changelogs now render rich text — headings, lists, images, and code blocks all display correctly whether the content was written in the editor, via MCP, or through the API.
