Channel monitoring — Configure specific Slack channels for automatic ingestion. Every message posted there flows into your feedback pipeline automatically — no manual forwarding required.

How to set it up

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack
2. Connect your Slack workspace

3. Choose your capture method:

   • Enable the message shortcut for on-demand forwarding
   • Select channels for automatic monitoring
4. Pick which board incoming feedback should land in
