@mention users in posts and comments

No way to pull a specific person into a conversation today. If you want a teammate or another user to see a post or comment, you have to share the link out-of-band.

Add @ mentions in the post and comment editors:

• Typing @ opens an inline popover with search by name and username
• Mentioned users get a notification
• Mentions render as links to the user's profile
• Works in both the public portal and the admin inbox
