iOS and Android widget

Native SDKs for iOS and Android that let teams embed the Quackback feedback widget directly inside their mobile apps, just like the existing web widget. Problem There's no way to collect in-app feedback on mobile. Users have to leave the app to submit ideas, which adds friction and lowers engagement. Proposed Solution - Native SDKs (Swift/Kotlin) with the same core experience as the web widget: submit ideas, vote, and view status updates. - Customisable theming including dark mode to match the host app. - Automatic user identification so feedback is tied to the right account. - Floating button trigger or programmatic activation. Why It Matters Many products are mobile-first. Collecting feedback where users already are leads to better engagement and closes a key gap with commercial alternatives.

Markdown Support for comments

Comments should parse markdown for users to be able to structure they comments. Such as: ## Headline, Bold , etc.* Use Case: we have an AI Agent analyze the codebase to give a first estimate on various posts.

@mention users in posts and comments

No way to pull a specific person into a conversation today. If you want a teammate or another user to see a post or comment, you have to share the link out-of-band. Add @ mentions in the post and comment editors: - Typing @ opens an inline popover with search by name and username - Mentioned users get a notification - Mentions render as links to the user's profile - Works in both the public portal and the admin inbox

init function doesn't respect launcher and placement settings anymore

I have integrated the Quackback widget with a custom trigger and placed on the left. This worked fine until a few versions ago. Upgraded to latest version yesterday, but problem still remains: The default trigger is always visible and the widget is placed on the right

Drag-and-Drop Ordering of Posts in Boards in Admin Area

At the moment in the Admin Area posts can be sorted by "Newest", "Oldest" and "Top Votes". Adding "Manual" sorting where Admins can drag and drop posts to sort them for the team for further processing would be helpful. This doesn't need to be visible to public users, but would be practical to pre-sort for product managers.

Add the ability to manually link posts to already created Linear issues

By default, Quackback creates an issue in Linear when a new post is made. But what if someone already has an issue in Linear and wants to link it to a new Quackback post? I'm not sure if this is possible or if it would complicate the current setup. If possible, add a small section in the "Manage" area when viewing a post in the admin. It should display something like "Linear:" with a status of "Linked" or "Not Linked." If linked, show the issue code with a hyperlink; if not, allow it to be linked either through a link or by entering the issue code or number. You could even color-code it as well; red for unlinked, green for linked.

Allow editing feedback/roadmap from the portal

You already show an "admin" button on the portal, so it'd be nice when I could also perform admin actions from the portal such as change feedback metadata or move roadmap elements. It feels bad in terms of UX because for example I could be sent a link such as https://feedback.enderdash.com/b/bug-reports/posts/post_01krk4zzk6f69b4cd17z82bfqa but to edit it I would actually have to go into the admin dashboard and search that exact post. If I can see it and I'm logged in as an admin, I'd prefer being able to edit it.

Change author

If I add a feedback (I received via email), i would appreciate if I could change the author afterwards to the original reporter.

Allow authoring feedback directly into a roadmap

The idea is that when I go on the admin roadmap page, I would like to directly author feedback like on the feedback page, but directly assign it to a status on the roadmap. That would save me a bunch of clicks and feels more intuitive to me than going through the feedback view.

User can add tag on feedback ?

It would be useful for a user writing feedback to have the option to select a tag. In our case, we use tags to categorize our features. If a user needs to submit improvement feedback on a feature, they know which feature it is, so they could potentially add the tag themselves.

Save filtered board views as preset

I normally use in feedback tools (like Upvoty) a preset filter to fast change the view on a board. e.g. all open tickets, all tickst marked as in development for version x (using a label / tag "Development X"). This would enable me also to move completely away from Upvoty to Quackback.

Default Roadmap per Board

Please add a feature that every feedback submission on a board is automatically assigned to a roadmap. e.g. add to every feedback board a "linked roadmap" that the feedback submission is automatically assigned to. I want to not waste time having to automatically assign every feedback in the bug reports board to the bug tracker roadmap/product roadmap.

Add "unassigned" info on roadmaps

You can currently hide specific statuses from the roadmap. As a first time user I was confused that new feedback that I explicitly assigned to that roadmap wasn't showing. Only later did I realize the default status "Open" is not shown as a roadmap column by default. Maybe add some info/list/popup on the roadmap page at least for admins that shows feedback that is assigned to the roadmap, but not in a visible column.
