Before you report that something is down, check whether it's a known issue. This article shows how to read a status page, subscribe to incident emails, and follow updates by RSS.

Check current status

Visit your organization's status page, typically at /status on their portal. It shows each service's current state and an uptime bar for recent history. Click an incident to see the full timeline of updates as the team investigates and resolves it.

Subscribe to updates

  1. Click Subscribe on the status page. Sign in if you're asked to.
  2. Choose All updates, or Specific services and pick only the services you depend on.
  3. Confirm. You'll see Subscribed on the page.

Once subscribed, you get an email when incidents and maintenance are posted and updated on the services you follow.

Unsubscribe

Sign in to the portal, open the status page, and click Subscribed to turn your subscription off. Every status email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Follow by RSS

If you'd rather not get emails, click RSS Feed on the status page, or add /status/feed on the portal to your feed reader.
