Cloud has four plans: Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. For prices and seats, see Quackback Cloud plans.

Available on every plan

These have no plan gate on Cloud:

  • The support inbox, live chat in the Messenger, the email channel, and tickets
  • Feedback boards, voting, the roadmap, and the changelog
  • The help center
  • The status page (up to the component limit above)
  • The widget
  • The REST API (your usage shows on the API requests meter)
  • Custom brand colors and themes

What happens at a limit

When you try something your plan does not include, or go over a limit, Quackback tells you which plan you need. Your existing data always stays. See Upgrades and downgrades for details and examples.

Usage meters

Some things are metered each month rather than switched on or off. The meters on Admin > Settings > Plan & billing show:

  • Quinn usage: the percentage of your included Quinn usage used this month
  • Emails: changelog and status page emails sent this month
  • API requests: REST API calls this month

When Quinn or email runs out, you can buy a top-up pack. See Quinn usage and top-ups.
